BeShop store accepts and sends product orders to Spain. Exclusive sale for end users.
The following products can not be returned except in case of defective products:
- Products that do not allow its return due to hygienic or health protection reasons if it has been unsealed by you after its delivery (for example, cosmetic products).
- Sound or video recordings sealed or software sealed if they were unsealed by you after delivery.
- Goods made according to your specifications or clearly customized.
- A service if it had been provided and you had accepted its service when you requested the service.
- Digital content (including apps, digital software e-books, MP3, etc.) that would not have been delivered in a material medium (ie, not contained in media such as CD or DVD) if you had consented to the execution at the time of the delivery and without its possible withdrawal from that moment.
- Daily press, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration certificate that were sent with the product.
To cancel a purchase
Please contact Customer Service to request a return authorization within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. If the item is returned without having been opened and in its original packaging, you will be offered a change or refund using the same payment method that you originally chose.
Once proven that the return is in accordance and conforms to the conditions, we will proceed to the refund in the same means of payment used in the purchase within a period of 3 to 6 weeks after BeShop receives the product.
Defective or damaged products
If at the time of delivery the product detects any damage to the packaging or if you receive a defective product or that does not correspond to your order, please contact our Customer Service to manage your return during the 14 calendar days after the date of receipt thereof.
Depending on the date of claim, the type of product and the reason for the return there are several options to replace the product.
Shipping costs of the return
If the reason for the return of a product is not because it came damaged, was defective or was incorrect, the shipping costs or any other service related to your order will not be reimbursed; you will only be reimbursed the amount of the product.
If you want to return a product without there being any error on the part of BeShop, BeShop will deduct the expenses of the return of the total amount of the refund, in case the return is made with collection to destination.
If the reason for the return of a product is due to an error on the part of BeShop, BeShop will bear the costs of the return provided you follow the instructions indicated by the Customer Service department to make such return.
The following points apply to product returns with customization options, including products with configuration options, custom images, text inscriptions, or custom designs (for example, prints, monograms, embroidery, or embossing):
If the product includes a personal configuration, registration or design, BeShop will not accept the return or exchange of the product unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt or in case of error in a configuration, registration or design, if the error is due to a ruling by BeShop
It is necessary to return all the packaging (for example, the box) with the product.
Removal of personal data
When returning a product, regardless of the reason, it must do so in the same conditions in which it was received. In this sense, you must delete, delete and delete all personal data about you and / or a third party that may be present in said article, and you must modify the configuration of the accounts so that they can no longer remember them. You will be fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you do not proceed as directed.
The returned product and the box that contains it must eliminate any item that does not relate to the returned product, as it was initially received. BeShop will not be responsible for the items left by mistake in the returned product or inside the box that contains it.
You agree and accept that the returned product will become the property of BeShop and that, therefore, BeShop has the right to sell it to third parties at its discretion.
